Main goal: To create the Memorandum of understanding and the European Observatory on UM`s’ alternative care systems and the final took-kit/handbook.

The idea is to provide a collaborative working model among public organizations (social service, health or accommodation public offices) and private and non-profit organizations to provide solutions and to deliver mechanisms to cope with UM and to create an European observatory to disseminate best practices and alternative-care-systems: family-based carers or to guarantee sustainably Indicators for measuring success will be the reduplicated number of the memorandum of understanding at UE level, the number of times local, national or European stakeholders linked to the topic contact partners to get feedback.
