In order to train 275 beneficiaries at European level, we are creating an e-Learning Training Web Centre. This Web-based learning methodology is a very efficient way of delivering courses on line, it offers flexibility and its resources are available from anywhere and at any time. As the participants are working on the project topic, they can take advantage of web based-learning module at any time.
